Refund And Return Policy

At Arthjewels.com, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. Please read our policy carefully before placing an an order.

Returns & Exchanges

Arthjewels.com does not accept returns or exchanges in cases where the customer changes their mind after placing an order. Returns or exchanges will only be accepted if the product received is defective or damaged, and the claim is supported with valid proof.

In case of a ring size issue, an exchange can be arranged with an additional charge of ₹99.

Proof Required for Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must provide a complete unboxing video as proof. The video must follow these conditions:

  • The video should start before opening the sealed package and clearly show the name label, address sheet, and order bill.

  • The video must be continuous, unfiltered, and unedited, with no cuts or pauses.

  • The proof must be sent via email within 24 hours of receiving the order.

If the request is made after 24 hours, Arthjewels.com will not process the refund under any circumstances. Claims made without proper proof will not be accepted.

Refund Conditions

  • Only the product amount will be refunded.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.

  • In case of a damaged product, an exchange will be processed based on product availability.

  • If the product is not available, the customer may either wait for the product to be restocked or request a refund.

Order Cancellation & Delivery

  • No refunds or cancellations will be initiated while the order is in transit.

  • No refunds or cancellations will be initiated due to delivery delays, as courier services are beyond our control.

  • No refunds or cancellations will be accepted once the order has been processed as usual.

Exceptions

Please note the following exceptions to our policy:

  • Discounted and sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Sale items are non-refundable.

  • The damage or loss of Zirconia stones is not covered under our exchange, refund, or replacement policy.

  • If the shipping cost has to be borne by us due to a mistake from our end (with valid proof), the maximum shipping cost covered will be ₹80.

  • No exchange or refund will be accepted if the product has been used by the customer.

  • If a package is lost or misplaced due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, Arthjewels.com will not be responsible and no refund will be initiated under any circumstances.
